Enhancement of Dashboard Liquid Security Standards

Dear ResellerCamp Partners

As part of our ongoing commitment to enhancing security, reliability, and account protection, ResellerCamp will be implementing a One-Time Password (OTP) mechanism for login access to the Liquid Dashboard (Reseller Dashboard).

This enhancement is designed to strengthen access control and reduce the risk of unauthorized account access.

General Policy on OTP Login Implementation:

  • OTP will function as an additional security layer during login to the Liquid Dashboard.
  • For resellers who have already enabled Two-Factor Authentication (2FA), login OTP codes will not apply, as the account is already protected by 2FA.
  • For resellers who have not enabled 2FA, the system will automatically send a login OTP upon each login attempt to the Liquid Dashboard.
  • Each OTP is time-limited and valid for one login session only.

Benefits of OTP Login Implementation:

  • Enhanced security for reseller account access.
  • Improved protection of data and transactions.
  • A safer and more reliable dashboard login experience.

Login Steps Using OTP

Only applicable if 2FA is not enabled

Login
Login to reseller / customer account. Enter Email and Password, then click Login.

OTP Prompt
On the login page, you will be prompted to enter a 6-digit OTP code.

Copy Code
Open your registered email inbox and copy the received OTP code.

Verification
Enter the code on dashboard verify page, then click the Verify button.

Access Granted
Once the OTP code is successfully verified, you will be automatically redirected to the dashboard page.

💡   Important to Note:

  • If the OTP email has not been received, please check your Spam folder or use the Resend option.
  • The Resend OTP feature has a cooldown period of 5 minutes before it can be used again.
  • For security reasons, the OTP code is valid for 15 minutes. If it expires, please request a new code.
  • For logins using Temporary Password or Two-Factor Authentication, no additional OTP code is required.
  • After successfully logging in with an OTP, subsequent logins within 12 hours do not require OTP verification. If more than 12 hours have passed, OTP verification will be required again.

This policy will become effective starting on: 19 January 2026.

We strongly recommend all resellers enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA) to ensure optimal account security.
