Disclosure Request Mechanism & Process
1. Submission Method
All requests for disclosure of nonpublic registration data must be submitted via:
- Email to: info@resellercamp.com
- Subject: Disclosure Request – [Domain Name]
A completed Disclosure Request Form (see below) must be attached to the email.

- Our team will review the request within 5 calendar days of receipt.
- We may request additional information or clarification from the requester if needed.
- Requests will be evaluated based on applicable data protection laws, ICANN requirements, and our internal policies.
- If the request is valid and lawful, the requested data may be disclosed securely.
3. Notification
- The Registered Name Holder will be notified (where applicable) before disclosure, unless prohibited by law.
- Requesters will be informed of the decision and justification (approval or denial) within the 5-day timeframe.
4. Appeals or Further Inquiry
If a requester disagrees with the decision, they may submit a written appeal or clarification within 10 days of notification.
5. The disclosure of nonpublic registration data is subject to applicable laws and ICANN policies. Registrant data may be disclosed upon a valid legal request.
6. Scope of Disclosure
Non-public registration data is disclosed only when there is a valid legal basis or legitimate interest, in accordance with applicable laws and ICANN policies.
7. Data That May Be Disclosed
Subject to approval, the following data may be disclosed, limited to what is necessary:
- Registrant name
- Registrant email address
- Registrant telephone number
- Registrant postal address
- Administrative or technical contact details
8. Data That Will Not Be Disclosed
The following data will not be disclosed, unless required by law:
- Sensitive personal data (e.g., government-issued ID numbers)
- Payment or billing information
- Internal registrar or system data
- Escrow-related information
- Any data not relevant to the purpose of the request

10. Registrant Notification
Where permitted by law, the Registered Name Holder will be notified prior to disclosure.
