ResellerCamp, as a domain registrar aims to give comfortable services on the domain registrations. Please submit issues regarding the abuse of our services including, but not limited to; illegal activity, the exploitation of children, spam, phishing and malware. We also have zero tolerance for spam activity as outlined in our Anti-Spam Policy. We review all complaints for validity and will take appropriate action, and as part of our investigation it may also be necessary for us to corroborate your complaint with our customer.

Abuse Procedure

We review all complaints for validity and will take appropriate actions accordingly as soon as possible. We will ask for more information from the complainant if the report is incomplete.

We also keep tracking for all valid reports with Desk.id Simple Online Support, Google Gmail, and a spreadsheet. On the spreadsheet, we are tracking for the date of the report received, the sender email address, the Domain Name, the abuse reported, web hosting provider, reseller Domain, and notes about what we have done with the report, such as forwarding report to reseller, suspending/unsuspending the domain, or verifying phishing/malware/spam deletion. We will notify the complainant when we receive a complaint/report and or after we resolve the case.

We expect to solve a case within 3 x 24 hours. After we send a first notice, we will wait for 24 hours. If there is no response, we will send a second notice, and if there is still no response from the reseller or the registrant within 24 hours then we will suspend the domain. Domain will be unsuspended if the registrant domain has removed the abusive/reported contents and has shown the evidence. Once we are convinced that a report is a valid report, we will lock the domain.


  1. Inappropriate Contents
    When we receive an Inappropriate Content report, we will investigate the evidence given for the report validity, and if it is a valid report then we will forward it to the Reseller to inform the registrant of the domain to remove the inappropriate contents.

  2. Malware Distribution
    When we receive a Malware Distribution report, we will investigate the evidence given for the report validity, and if it is a valid report then we will forward it to the Reseller to inform the registrant of the domain to remove the Malware contents.

  3. Phishings
    When we receive a Phishing report, we will investigate the evidence given for the report validity, and if it is a valid report then we will forward it to the Reseller to inform the registrant of the domain to remove the phishings.

  4. Spam Emails
    When we receive a Spam Email report, we will investigate the evidence given for the report validity, and if it is a valid report then we will forward it to the Reseller to inform the registrant of the domain to stop sending the Spam Emails.

  5. Copyright/trademark infringements
    When we receive a Copyright/Trademark Infringement report, we will investigate the evidence given for the report validity, and if it is a valid report then we will forward it to the Reseller to inform the registrant of the domain to remove the copyright/trademark items. We usually suggest the complainant to take the mediation with the Defendant

  6. Scam Websites
    When we receive a Scam/Fraudulent Website report, we will investigate the evidence given for the report validity, and if it a valid report then we will forward it to the Reseller to inform the registrant of the domain to stop the scam or fraudulent activities.
