Reseller Agreement

DOMAIN NAME REGISTRATION AGREEMENT



This Agreement is entered into by and between:


CV Jogjacamp, an entity organized and existing under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, with its principal place of business at Perintis Kemerdekaan No. 33, Yogyakarta 55161, acting as an ICANN-accredited domain name registrar ("Registrar"),

and

The individual or legal entity applying for, registering, or renewing a domain name ("Registrant").


WHEREAS, Registrar is authorized by the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers ("ICANN") to register domain names under applicable gTLD registries;


NOW, THEREFORE, the parties hereby agree as follows:


1. Registration Data and Accuracy


1.1. The Registrant agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information, including the Registrant's full name, postal address, email address, voice telephone number, and, where available, fax number.


1.2. The Registrant further agrees to promptly correct and update the registration data during the registration term.


1.3. Failure to comply with this provision may result in suspension or termination of the domain name registration.


2. Expiration and Renewal


2.1. Registrar shall send at least two expiration reminders via email to the Registrant:

  • The first no later than 30 days prior to the expiration date;

  • The second no later than 7 days prior to the expiration date.


2.2. Upon expiration, the domain name shall enter an auto-renew grace period, and if not renewed, shall proceed to a redemption period and may ultimately be deleted.


2.3. The Registrant acknowledges responsibility for the timely renewal of domain name registrations.


3. Domain Name Transfer Policy


3.1. Transfer Rights

Registrant has the right to transfer domain names to another registrar at any time, subject to ICANN's Transfer Policy.


3.2. Transfer Authorization

Upon transfer request, the Registrar sends a Form of Authorization (FOA) to the Registrant's email. Registrant must approve or deny the request via provided links within five (5) calendar days, or the request will be cancelled automatically.


3.3. AuthInfo Code

Registrar shall provide the AuthInfo code to Registrant upon valid request within five (5) calendar days, unless restricted by ICANN policy or applicable law.


3.4. Transfer Lock (ClientTransferProhibited)

Registrar may apply "ClientTransferProhibited" status:

  1. At registration with the Registrant's consent,

  2. Upon Registrant's request,

  3. Due to validated legal or policy-based disputes (e.g., UDRP/WIPO), or

  4. As required by ICANN or applicable law.


3.5. Transfer Restrictions

Transfers may not occur:

  1. Within 60 days of registration or previous transfer,

  2. If fraud, disputes, or policy violations exist.


3.6. Consent and Agreement

By entering this Agreement, Registrant agrees to the above transfer terms, by Section I.A.5.1 of ICANN's Transfer Policy.


4. Domain Disputes and Suspension


4.1. The Registrant agrees to be bound by:

  • The Uniform Domain Name Dispute Resolution Policy (UDRP);

  • The Uniform Rapid Suspension System (URS);

  • Any ruling or interim relief issued by a competent court or arbitration body.


4.2. Registrar shall have the right to lock or suspend a domain name subject to a dispute proceeding, without prior notice to the Registrant, as required by ICANN policy.


5. Registrant Rights and Obligations


5.1. The Registrant shall have the right to:

  • Manage WHOIS data;

  • Transfer the domain to another registrar, subject to applicable ICANN policies;

  • Receive clear, accessible information regarding policies and fees.


5.2. The Registrant is obligated to:

  • Use the domain lawfully;

  • Maintain accurate and current contact data;

  • Acknowledge and comply with all applicable ICANN consensus policies.


6. Modifications and Amendments

Registrar reserves the right to amend this Agreement from time to time in compliance with ICANN policy or applicable law. Such amendments shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Registrar's official website or notice to the Registrant. Continued use of the domain name following such publication shall constitute acceptance of the amended terms.


7. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Yogyakarta, Indonesia.


IN WITNESS WHEREOF, by registering a domain name with Registrar, the Registrant acknowledges having read, understood, and agreed to all terms and conditions set forth herein.
